It’s recommended to bring a yoga mat or cushion, comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and an open mind. You may also want to bring a notepad or journal (optional) for any reflections or insights during or after the session. Most importantly bring your sense of humour 🙂
No, KLEAR ·Brain Yoga™ welcomes all levels, including beginners. The focus is on enhancing mental clarity and cognitive well-being, so everyone can benefit from the practice regardless of their yoga background, physical ability or age.
A typical class lasts between 45 to 60 minutes. This duration includes a combination of slight physical movement for Boundary setting, breathwork, and mental exercises designed to maximize your cognitive enhancement experience.
During the class, you can expect a blend of gentle physical movements, mindful breathing techniques, and mental exercises aimed at clearing mental fog and raising your mood. The instructor will guide you through each aspect, ensuring a supportive environment for your practice. Oh and expect to have something to laugh about as this often gets thrown into the mix!
Through ancient techniques, KLEAR ·Brain Yoga™ trains the mind to access deeper states of consciousness where inner chatter and negative thoughts are silenced. By learning to quiet the mind and enter a tranquil inner space, participants can achieve a more profound meditative experience free from disruptive mental patterns.
It’s best to avoid heavy meals or excessive caffeine right before class, as these can impact your comfort and focus. Aim to arrive feeling relaxed and open to the experience for the best results during your practice. And just a polite reminder please arrive approx. 15 minutes before each class, for your benefit as much as your fellow attendees.
